  • I am with the U.S. ARMY and currently stationed in Germany. I purchased the system from Cyberpower, Inc. and just received last week.  I have a US Address though if you can not send the bonus pack here.

  • Hi Jeff,

    I'm badgering my contact daily. In addition to moving offices, his computer melted down and he's having to reload everything. Apparently his new PC isn't playing nice with the support software. He (and I) have now escallated to his supervisor so hopefully I'll hear back from the supervisor quickly.
