I can't reinstall and activate my active OneCare subscription. RRS feed

  • OneCare would not do updates so I uninstalled and used the cleanup tool. I reinstall from the web and now, even though I can verify my subscription it will not activate on my computer and tells me I need a new subscription. On the billing site it shows my subscription as being active.
