  I m try to download live one care but when it try to do, a litter windows show me something it say, some component can't find to install correctly I need help please what i have to do....2 week ago my OS system was damage it rebuilt back already I purchase 7 month ago and now I'm try to reinstall  and I can't it show me error....Id error 0020-80070643
  

  
  0020-80070643 is a fatal error to install OneCare's AntMalware components. Did you have another AV software before? You may need to use their AV Cleanup tool first to remove all of their components that is effectively stopping OneCare from installing.
