    Hi Kamal, there are various options for integrating your email with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I'm not sure whether you are a partner or customer, but have you tried reading the documentation? The Implementation Guide - Planning document has a chapter called 'Planning e-mail integration', so you might want to start there.

    Install Outlook Client, and mark the email, click on Track in CRM ;-)
