  • Hi,

    1)  Create a image in paint using its tools or download from Internet

    2) Add an embedded image in your report which will act as an indicator.

    3) Then pull that image on the table detail row cell

    4) On the properties of Image, you will see value choose expression then put this formula

    =switch(fields!ABC.value > 0, “green_circle”, (fields!ABC.value = 0 and fields!ABC.value < 200), “yellow_circle”,  “red_circle”)

here, green_circle, yellow_circle and red_circle is the name of the circle.

    5) Click OK.

Else for further help you can downlaod the Project Server 2007/2010 report pack from MSDN.

    Thanks hope this gonna help!!!

  • Another alternate is to fill the text box color (as Sachin mentioned using expression) or the SSRS Gauge Panel as Indicator. You can add that in the values & set the colors.
