    I have a Vb.net front end and Access Database backend application. One of the user has experienced the "The application failed to launch" while she try to launch the application. The operating system is Windows 10. I have the user uninstalled the application and reinstalled the application. The same error. Everyone else's application work fine. Any ideas on the root cause the issue? And how to resolve this problem?
