Dear anyone who cares to listen,
I have Win XP Prof SP2 running and decided to try the encryption facility on some files ... mistake !
After doing this, the next week, my system started blue screening and windows startup going into a perpetual loop.
It never got to the stable windows and kept looping.
The only way out was to re-instal windows and I think I used a different admin name when doing so. Not sure what one I originally used anyway.
However, I now cant open the original encrypted files.
Is there any way round this in XP; a facility I'm unaware of, or is there a tool out there in windows or lala land that I am not aware of.
Any help would be exceptionally groovy.
