I have an 'Insyde' laptop. I was upgrading to XP from win98 when after formatting sequence, the drive d: opened by accident. Since then with start up disk drive c: is not being recognised.
I have managed Fdisk and partition one100% active, without being DOS.(can't do). Laptop is 30GB and approx 500Mhz processor. I have tried all of my discs, but drive c: message is '' drive invalid'', create ms dos boot partition.
Is there a fix, please someone.
I am thinking of getting USB floppy to run MS DOD disks.
