hub computer message wrong

my main computer is my hub computer. it says that my second computer (my laptop) is not protected, red icon. however when you check my laptop it says that is it fully protected. it has the green icon.

it is like the main account can not send the information to the hub computer.

what do i do?

What exactly does the hub state is wrong on the monitored PC. Is the laptop on the same network? What OS on both machines?
