  i am new in sync i have a project and that project using sqlexpress datasource the project have tow part one for admin and other for users the admin will insert data to project and the users will update there data from the web
  now how can admin upload the database to the server by sync
  how can users download data from the server by sync
  which technology should i use
  
  note
  mu database is a relational database
