HELP - Certification not displayed on transcript RRS feed

    I completed the upgrade exam (70-292) to upgrade my MCSA 2000 certification to MCSA 2003 in August of 2007.

    The completed exam shows on my transcript; however the 2003 Certification/ Version does not show under the credentials achieved. Only MCP and MCSA 2000 is shown.

    Also when I attempt to order or download a certificate, I can only choose from MCP and MCSA 2000.

    Why can't I choose MCSA 2003? Should MCSA 2003 be displayed on my transcript?

    I have sent several emails in regards to this; however I always get told to wait 48 hours for it to be investigated.

    I never hear anything back and my transcript remains unchanged.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I fear that you have to talk to your regional support center. Regarding http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-windowsserver.aspx#tab4 the exam is retired but there is a note "Note This exam is retired, but if you already passed it, you can apply it toward this certification.".

    I wish you good luck so you get the MCSA 2003 certification quickly.

    Hi there,

    I have sent several emails and have made a few phone calls in regards to this; however my transcript remains unchanged.

    I completed the exam well before it was retired, so I don't know why my transcript doesn't reflect the MCSA 2003 certification.

    I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced a similar problem.
