80070005 error installing on Windows 7 Build 7000 RRS feed

    I'm trying to install Live Mesh 0.9.3424.14 on Windows 7 Build 7000 and ran into the error message

    "Installer encountered errors. [80070005] Access in denied."

    I tried running SubInACL, but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

    It certainly sounds like a permissions issue. Are you logged in as an adminsitrative user when running the installation? If you are, please file a bug:
     

    How to Submit Bugs and Live Mesh Logs

    If you are not, try changing the user to have admin rights for the install and try again. Switch the right back after you have installed.
