Problem with download of windows 8.1 RRS feed

    I have been trying to update my windows 8 phone to 8.1, but its not downloading the update.. I mean update status is 0%..  Downloading bar is not moving.. Is there some thing i am missing..
     remember i am talking about my htc 8x windows phone.

    Are you sure you've got the Developer Preview installed in your phone.

    If so you should be able to download so. It'll not update unless you're not having any data connection or a proper wifi.
