  • 1) find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    2) decide which windows version to install

    3) there a different websites for 2004 vs older windows versions

    (all of the iso are free)

    4) for 2004:

    6) if you want to create your own bootable flash drive for 2004 that can also be performed
