Netgear FA311 NIC needs separate drivers

  This is provided as info for others with Netgear FA311 cards.
  
  My Dell Dimension 8200 computer (used for WHS) came with a Netgear FA311 PCI 10/100 NIC. The default WHS installation did not detect this card. I had to get old drivers online (link). Choose one of the lower links (F31XV18.zip), burn it to CD and then update the drivers.
