Outlook CRM Pinned View Doesn't Display All Records RRS feed

  • I am using Outlook 2013, CRM Online (2011, updating to Orion in January)

    I am trying to run a workflow on all my Accounts by using Outlook to pin a view and select all records. This used to work for me on my old system with Outlook 2010, but now I'm using a new system and it doesn't.

    Whenever I pin the tab in Outlook, the record count stays at 250. I've tried hitting refresh, going offline, synchronizing, closing Outlook and reopening. Nothing.

    Is the ability to view all records on one page no longer working or is it my configuration?

  • Also just wanted to mention that a pinned tab reloads every time I open it. Prior to now whenever I opened an already pinned tab the records would just appear without reloading.
