    I try to use backup facility of Windows OneCare, It allow me to backup of my document files to DVD/CD . Is it possible to backup of everything on computer to DVD/CD

    This is not an option in OneCare backup. You can purchase a 3rd party program to do a full PC image backup. One such program is Acronis True Image.
