    i cannot open any files on my computer as it is always asking for a admiiistrater password, but noone know what it is. i could not even run your fix it programm, how do i find out what the password is or change it.

    Dear Customer,

            I'm very sorry you have a wrong place posted. This forum is used to post questions about the Microsoft Fix it Center automated troubleshooting tool.But your issue was not appears to be a relate "Fix it Center" tool. I thinks this issue is may "UAC" related. So I suggest you post your problem to http://answers.microsoft.com.
