Emails are going to Hotmail Junk folder


  • Hi,

    One of my client has functionality where he has to send multiple emails to it's different agents at a time. It has been noticed that those agents having hotmail id either don't get the emails or it ends up in their junk folder. I have read several articles who have various suggestions on content of the email, sender's email, body of the email and SPF, but I think it's late to apply these suggestions because hotmail has already termed my client as SPAMMER, which he is not actually.

    So, my question is: Is there any way to turn his/company's domain into whitelist, so that emails end up into inbox folder ? If yes, where do I need to write email and share client details ? Or any contact number where I can make him (my client) call ?
