How did you purchase OneCare? Did you purchase online or did you purchase a retail copy?
The trial is a fully functioning copy of OneCare. To activate you need to click subscribe and sign in with the LiveID you purchased online with or any LiveID if you intend to use a new retail key. If you cannot sign in with your existing LiveID in order to proceed with activation, change your password at
http://account.live.com to be less than 8 characters. Once you have signed in, if you need to use a retail key, you will be presented with the option to provide a key or provide payment information.
You will need to remove any other antivirus and firewall that you may have installed.
If you prefer to keep the other software you purchased and want a refund for your OneCare purchase - if you purchased online, contact customer service for a refund -
