    Have u people got mail from admin (admin@microsoft.com) that your name is in tentative winners list ?

    How many of them have replied to that mail ?

    Man you were not supposed to reply that email. You have to post them the documents in the address written in that mail. I dont know why they are not asking for the documents through email. I t would be much more convinent for us also also for them.

    Hey Arijit,

    Not everyone in the tentative list has got the email. I think only around 100 or more people have got it.

    @ Arijit - Less than 124 persons only have got the mail (I am sure abt this since ma friend at 124th rank has not got the mail...)

    hmm i guess only the top 50 or 100 have got the mail. remember MS had said they will be sending mails to the first few winners.. so i guess the top 50 people got the mail as per the tentative list..

    keep waiting till june 30th.. friends..

    @ Karthick - Atleast 63 persons would have got the mail (since 3 +10 +50 for the prizes)...

    Thats what i too think raghuram, 63 must have got it, i think MS sent it to few more, may be if they find out some fake activities in the last few days, they can delete the points, so on the last day the rankings may change. I think they might have sent to top 100. Not sure though.

    all the tpersons who had their names in the tentative results got the

    mail of confirmation because they

    have to distribute the CD's and desktop calenders also.

     

    So , i hope all the 1993 persons got the mail of confirmation.

    @Akshat-  No, I don't think all 1993 got the mail. I personally know 2 who haven't (One being me!! ) Maybe it will take time and Microsoft is sending mails batchwise.

    Sorry to say Akshat that you are misleaded.

    Here are three examples

    Arijit who is at rank 218  haven't got the mail
    Raghuram's friend who is at around 124 haven't got the mail
    and my friend who is at 275 haven;t got the mail.

    So what we know is that people >=124th rank have not got the mail. we don't know to how many people MS sent the emails. we can only find out if people post their ranks here and tell whether they got the mail or not.
