CRM 2015 For Outlook RRS feed

  • I have 11 CRM users that I have set-up with CRM 2015 for Outlook (Add-on). Out of them 8 users are running on a terminal server with Outlook 2010. Six of those 8 everything is fine and for 2 of them it does not work, however it did work. The add-on keeps getting inactivated by outlook.  I also have 1 user that is running Win 7 Office 2013 with the CRM 2015 for Outlook Add-on and it has stopped working on that computer also.

    Any ideas?
