Email tracking settings in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi everyone! I have yet another question on tracking emails in CRM. In the drop down menu for the email settings in CRM, there are 3 options (track all emails, track emails from leads, contacts and accts, and another option that I can't remember lol). If I select track ALL emails, will that automatically track every single email in my Outlook or just the CRM related emails? Thanks in advance!!!

  • Track all emails will track every single email in your Outlook INBOX, but not in any other folders.
