CRM 2013 - System Views corrupt after upgrade?

  CRM Online 2013, Just been upgraded from 2011.

  Some of the system views seem to be corrupted somehow, if you view them in the advanced find it shows you the considtions/filters for the entity that your on but not the related entity filters. Only when you download the fetchxml for the view can you see these.

  Has anyone else come across this?
