I'v been having this windows is not genuine thing for a couple of months after i sent it for repairs at bestbuy. I'm really disappointed, i cant set my wallpaper up cause it'll just magically turn into another wallpaper few minutes later, i cant get updates. It's just really fustrating

Hello Justin,
To avoid confusion, we ask that all users create their own thread for their own issue.
However, before you create your own thread, I would suggest trying changing the Product Key to the one listed on the sticker located on the side, bottom (or for some laptops) in the battery compartment of the PC.
To change the Product Key, Click the Start button and type: slui 3 then hit the Enter key and follow the directions of the Change Product Key window.
