Windows 7 Pro 64-bit key blocked

Question
-
Hello, I have recently purchased an OEM copy of Win7 Pro 64-bit from NewEgg.com for the system I was building. I had no trouble in installing the OS but since have been spammed with an alert message saying the key cannot be activated. This is due to the error code 0xC004C003, "blocked key."
The Package I received the install DVD in was completely sealed with no signs of tampering, and the install was completely clean on a brand new hard drive.
I have tried every recommended solution to this error including re-typing the key, the phone activation, and making sure it is a genuine version/copy (passed).
The only option I can find available that I haven't tried is this. From what I have read from other posts of the same problem the outlook on this isn't that great for this fixing the problem either, but I have hope.
I believe you will be needing this:
