System Administrator is unable to access Marketing List in Dynamic CRM 2016 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have created a Marketing List - A1 in Dynamic CRM 2016 which I have shared with User1 by giving Read/Write/Delete/Append/Assign/Share rights. 

    User1 is a System Administrator. However User1 is unable to access the Marketing List - A1.

    Please provide resolution to above issue ASAP.

  • You don't have to share the data with User1, because he's a System Administrator. Could the list be filtered out because of an filter on the view?
