Mobile Device Center on Windows 10

Question
-
My users are not able connect their Windows Mobile 6 devices with Win 10 Work Stations. They had connected using Mobile Device Center on Win 7 Work Stations. I know that Sync Center on Win 10 is the recommended approach but there are no instructions and it is not obvious that Sync Center can connect with these devices.

The first suggestion is not all applicable as it is directed at Windows Vista. This appears to be a long shot.
I'd agree it is old. This one might help.

I also posted this question on the forum you suggested. This appears to be a long shot.
I am amazed that this issue has not been addressed by Microsoft or that Microsoft has not announced end-of-life support for Windows Mobile Device Center. Sync Center on WIN 10 is not a substitute for Mobile Device Center.
