  • Myself experienced a much similar issue immediately after the installation of CRM 2011 RTM, and the resolution was just to restart the machine and that solved it all.

  • Restart Helped a little - I can now disable and enable users from the grid. But when i open the user form, the disable Button is disabled.

  • Ensure the user record is not already disabled.  You can also restart the machine again to see if that solves it.  Please check your error logs to see if any new errors are logged.  Is this a new install or an upgrade?
