I am not able to access my crm 2011 Service Endpoints after migrating it from sql server 2008 to 2012.

That would raise some bigger questions in my mind as to the soundness of the installation. I would suggest that either you have some serious DNS issues or that you might want to backup your org, re-install your server on a new sql server or blow away the config db first if that is your only CRM db server now and re-import.

Are you going to settings - customization - developer resources and accessing them from there? Use those URLS.
