Though I have set up an ID and subscription online, and my ID and password work (I mean, I'm here, aren't I?), OneCare on my computer refuses to complete its setup. It states that I must log in with my ID and password, but when I use the same ID and password that work online, it stops and tells me that the ID and/or password are incorrect (!!). I have uninstalled and reinstalled OneCare; no change in this situation. So, I'm a "member" online, but I can't use the program at al! What's up?
