Exclusion Rules on Email to Case Settings RRS feed

  • I have setup email to case settings on one of our queues and it works perfectly. The only problem I have is that the exclusion rules I have setup is not working. We have daily emails sent to us, for example: alerts@ourdomain.com. I have setup exclusion rules conditions as follow:

    -Email - Sender - Does Not Equal - alerts@ourdomain.com

    -Email - From - Does Not Equal - alerts@ourdomain.com

    -Email - From - Does Not Contain - alerts@ourdomain.com

    I have tested all of these conditions and the strange thing is that there are days that it works but the majority of the time it doesn't and we still get automatic cases logged for our alerts@ourdomain.com. I can't find any problems in the Event Viewer. Any ideas of what troubleshooting I could do to resolve this issue?
