Hi,
No more remote sessions to sql server and no uncommited sessions?
A few more points from my side: domain controller is reachable? do you use a service account for crm services? does the service accounts have enough privileges?
br,
Andreas

Are the SQL server and CRM server within the same domain?
Are you able to ping the SQL server or even connect to it from the CRM server?

Hi,
Try to use a domain account for the services - perhaps a SPN is missing in your network configuration and that's why the installation routine cannot grant you rights on db...
In addition check the log file of the installation if you find more information regarding the problem.
Best regards,
Andreas
