PC is slow and hesitating with internet?

  Are you connected to the internet via wired lan or wirelessly ?
  
  if wirelessly, did you use an access point ? or directly from the router's antenna ?
  
  - Try to restart your router/access point.
  
  did you check your Internet Service Provider, and inform them about your slow speed ?
  
  did you scan your Hard Disck ? could have many malware/spware running in the background accessing to internet .. causing the slow of speed
