Comment wrongly marked as abuse

One of my comments was marked as abuse, but I don't think I did anything wrong. All I did was post a link to an article containing relevant information about the OP's topic.
Can I be acquitted of the allegation of abuse and have the comment returned to normal status? I feel like it wrongly tarnishes my record to have it be marked as "already reported as abusive" when I didn't do anything inappropriate and was legitimately trying to be helpful.

Xaver111 seems to have some misunderstanding what abusive means, as he marked it with the comment:
OffTopicOrIrrelevantPosts, I can google myself. The article linked answered exactly zero of my questions posted. This article is interesting, but off topic.
