Can't change business management append and append to user in security role - ErrorCode>-2147220989</ErrorCode RRS feed

  • Hi,

    CRM has been upgraded from CRM 4 to CRM 2011.  After upgrading I can't change setup of security role of user to append and append to as mentioned below screen-shots.  It is giving below error.  But when I copy this role to another rolem I can change this setup.

    Please provide me solution.

  • What Server rollup are you on?

    You may have to copy the role and delete the old one.

    As I mentioned,  I can copy and delete role.  I can do the changes on new role.  But problem is I have more roles like this and I need help on doing change on existing one.  I think this is bug but if anybody found any solution or workaround please help me.
