Priority Response for Enterprise Subscriber

Question
-
Hello,
I am a MSDN Enterprise subscriber. I read on the MSDN subscription home page that this type of subscriber gets high priority response on the forums.
Can any one help as to where I can post questions to get quick responses? The link on the MSDN page redirects to normal forum where I don't see an option for the high priority response option.
I posted a question on the forum abiyt the TimeTrigger, and I received only one response, and no update after that for my sub queries.
So wondering where is this high priority response option is. Help please!

The "Forums Issues" forum will not help as that is for report problems with the forums application itself. I'd chat with the MSDN concierge if you're not getting the expected priority response.

It looks like similar questions have been posted before in the "Forums Issues (No Product Support)" forum. You may want to post there to see if you can get a reply. Also, this post below shows the supported forums for the 48-hour response time, which includes the Universal App forum where you're posting. Here's a prior thread:

BTW, this particular forum doesn't seem to be appropriate for this question, I'd move this thread somewhere.
