Does CRM 2013 on IFD only work in a Liquid Layout format? RRS feed

  • This is probably a stupid question.

    I have set up CRM 2013 on IFD using ADFS and a WAP Proxy.

    So far so good, but all external users only see CRM in the mobile experience ie the cut down application.

    Is this expected behaviour or is there a way to switch it to show the full application?

    The external client is a full Windows 8.1 Workstation.

    This could be because of IE11 which is not yet a supported browser for CRM 2013. Add CRM to the compatibility settings and then you will be able to see the full version of CRM instead of mobile

  • A quick way to find out is by using FireFox... if it works with that then it is  a browse problem
