On Thursday I sync-ed my blackberry bold (BB) with my computer's outlook express so that I would not have to undergo the pain of re-typing everything. After firmware installation (Friday) I just sync-ed my BB with my computer (Saturday), and I must have clicked yes when it asked me if I would like to sync the contact lists.
To my horror I realised that all my contacts were deleted from my outlook express and I could not find them in the deeleted items folder when i opened outlook express, nor in the recycle bin.
I have alot of numbers I did not write down elsewhere (my bad) deleted, so would appreciate if someone could help me recover the contact list that must have been deleted during the sync. I did a search on the topic and all I could find were shady software sites that claim to be able to restore my contacts.
As I am wary of installing such software, I would appreciate a solution that involves either manual file location or Open Source Software, thank you.
