Contract management in Dynamics CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I come a sharepoint background and i am totally new to CRM world.

    My client is looking for a CRM and SharePoint Integrated system.

    Client will mainly use CRM for Managing a contract.When a contract is signed a the tasks that will be performed on CRM are -Create Contarct,Setup Contract Roles,Capture Client details, Setup Contract Trassition Tasks,Store Contract documents,
    Versioning,Setup Reporting Schedule,Setup Asset Registrar,Setup Business Workflow,Custom Notifications,Setup KPI's,Generate New Job Request Form and much more.SharePoint will be integrated mainly for content management and intranet which will pull some data from CRM as well.

    At a high level, i want to know if all the activities listed above( specific to CRM) can be done out of the box with few configurations? Or is custom coding required for the tasks listed above? I just want to have this information to do an effort estimate for this project.Any help is highly appreciated.
