GAP Duration of in Internet Explorer Developer Tools Network is too high in a website loading

Hi Team,

I have developed a website. We are loading multiple user controls (.ascx) dynamically. Its taking long time as usual. When analyzed found that "GAP" time is very high. Its creating lagging. Kindly suggest how can we reduce it.

Attached is the screenshot to the Internet Explorer network developer tools long Gap time.
