  • no,not helpful.i had you microsoft,hewlwt packard,we converse about the problem,no solution,talk to norton,the problem,norton removal tooll,download,run,stillsame problem,talk kaspwersky 7.0,said never heard of problem c500 laptop by compaq/hp,cant run vista compatible kaspersky.askked diagnose my cpu tool by kaspersky,windows wont let me run!tried to no avail.could not thus send report to kaspersky,said norton culprit keeps coming up,no matter how i delete them.kas[ersky,norton owns,please figure out how t o defeat them.

    microsoft,this is not right,compaq wont concede we dont want norton,vongo etc.,stuck with this purchase,microsoft this is destrying my confidence in you!
