Everytime i try to download hotmail beta it says I am unable - any reason? I have vista. Thanks

There is no Hotmail beta. Are you referring to Windows Live Mail? There is newsgroup for Windows Live Mail here - http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop&cat=en_us_95CDB0AB-DBA9-335F-7EFD-A863B73C5B13&lang=en&cr=us
