I'm sorry to hear that you are the only one that can not access the membersite. Something must have gone wrong. But there is always a solution, you should contact the regional service center and address your problem. They will be more than happy to assist

Just for my assumption: you are talking about accessing the MCP site right and not the Certiport site?
