    The picture shows you have added reference to only 'Microsoft.Synchronization.Data' and 'Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.Server' dlls.
    You are missing reference to 'Microsoft.Synchronization.dll'. Adding it will resolve the error. For x86, you can find it under 'Microsoft Sync Framework\v2.0\Runtime\x86' folder.
