joining calls RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I am new to OCS and looking for a system that can do the following:

A caller will  need to call in the system, wait on hold for another call to come in on another line, When the second call comes in the system, I need to join in both calls in one call.

Can OCS do that? Any sample code or documentation on how to do that will be greatly appreicated.

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

It sounds to me that you want to be able to use OCS 2007 to supply a conference bridge. OCS 2007 does not have this functionality. However, OCS 2007 can allow internal users to call into vendor ACP (audio conferencing provider) bridges through the use of Federation w/ the vendor that is providing the ACP .

    Thanks,
