  • You can email your LOG file to for them to review.

    The LOG file can be found by opening up Windows Live Writer »  Help »  About Windows Live Writer and then clicking the "Show log file" link.


    If you can't get that far, it's in the folder:
    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Windows Live Writer
