     -If the Validation result is Non-Genuine, would you tell us the exact message the Validation page shows.

  • Your computer is using the COA activation, did you activate by phone after installing the COA key? Type SLUI 4 in the search box, hit enter, select your region, call the number, do not press any buttons for menu options, just wait for a real person to answer and Attempt to activate. Also there appears to be a blocked office VLK key but I don't see all of the office information.
