    My hard drive appears to have crashed but only when I try to open Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. I purchased Microsoft Office from retail store and installed it myself.  It worked perfectly for six months until I had this hard drive clicking problem every time I try to open Outlook. 

     I have a PC Technician at Office Depot trying to uninstall Outlook and reinstall to see if that is the problem.  In order to do this, the PC is asking for Product Key Code and it is not accepting it.
