I came on one day to find the OneCare icon red. So I decided to see what the problem was. It said "Urgent" go to Help Center. It doesn't specify what's wrong. That doesn't help, as it just redirects me to the help website. So I go to "Get Help With OneCare". Then I go to Virus and Spyware Protection or Updates, and I press fix it at Reset permissions. OneCare clsoes down, but then I get another alert from Windows, and then goes back to the original problem.
I have already downlaoded CaclsDeleteDB, and it did not work, so I really need an answer.
The first thing to check will be the computer date and time. If it is incorrect, this problem can occur. Correct it if it is wrong - month, day, year, hour, minutes - and reboot. -steveMicrosoft MVP Windows Live / Windows Live OneCare & Live Mesh Forum Moderator
